	1986-1988       Dixie Constructors     Asheville NC General foreman Hired as a miscellaneous iron boss Later assumed responsibilities of general foreman, indirectly supervising approximately  200 men Scheduled, ordered and supervised cranes, trucking, material delivery, rental equipment, etc……..   Duties were building layout, excavation, rebar, concrete, pre-cast, structural / miscellaneous steel, equipment and subcontractor supervision. Total job was 3 million, 1 downtown block renovation, 2 new parking decks 1980 - 1986                      Sanders Brothers Inc.                     Gaffney, SC helper to multi-craft Started with company while in high school Was intentionally exposed ( by Jim Sanders / owner) to  various crafts including: heavy shop fabrication, sheet metal fabrication, pipe fitting and welding, heavy and super heavy rigging, crane work, etc………. Was a quick learning journeyman and was on top pay by 1984  , mostly pipe fitting and welding, but still worked other crafts In 1986 abilities were recognized by owner of Dixie Constructors, was hired and groomed for supervision
